How to add external scripts in Blogger templates

Do you ever heard external scripts? These scripts are working under template or page but they are written in outsources and connected via links.
These scripts are working under template or page but they are written in outsources and connected via links.External scripts are use to organize and to put the scripts outside which are not wanted to be edited anymore,for e.g if you created a widget and you don't want to edit it anymore just keep it on a script hosting site and put the link in the template and you are done.

Where to host these scripts?

There are various methods to host a script but,the method I know is works fine and easy to use.So lets begin by signing in to your Google account on sites.google.com and create any demo site,then click on the site and it will open with the editor at upper side,click on more > manage site and then on attachments on left sidebar.After that click on upload and add that file (CSS or Javascript) but make sure that the file should save in .css or .js format otherwise this method won't work properly,after a successful upload right click on download and copy the link and make some changes.
The link will be look like this

https://sites.google.com/site/bloggerever12/outsource.css?attredirects=0&d=1

Just remove the remaining part after that "?" sign (red marked area).
After removing it put this link on your template.

How to put this link on your site?

There are to types of scripts used in Blogger as a external script,either CSS or Javascript so their are two different ways for each of them.

CSS

<link href='stylesheet.css' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'/>

Javascript

<script src='script.js' type='text/javascript'/>
Just replace the link and now add these snippets in to template after <head>
